Sangeeth Varghese
- Sangeeth Varghese is a well known management thinker from the London School of Economics, a contributing editor for Forbes.com and Economic Times, a best-selling author and the founder of LeadCap Ventures, a research and consulting firm. He was nominated as a Young Global Leader 2010 by the World Economic Forum, Davos and is honoured as the first Asian Youth Ambassador by the government of Libya. Varghese was ranked among the world's top 10 leadership thinkers in 2008 by the Bombay Stock Exchange.
- Varghese is a mentor for several CEOs and sits on the boards of two companies. He has appeared in several television and print media including BBC, CNBC, NDTV, and TimesNow as an expert on the topic. Varghese was chosen to guest edit the 2008 New Year edition of Times of India as a "Young Achiever Making a Difference to India's Future". His first book “Decide to Lead” is a global best seller.
- Prior to this, Varghese was a Principal Consultant for UNO based out of London. Varghese was a research associate at the London School of Economics where he has also done his masters from with a scholarship. He has also done his MBA and Bachelor's in Economics with gold medals.
Mohammad Nibras PK
- Mohammad Nibras PK is Research Manager at LeadCap Ventures. He has several years of industry experience, primarily managing the qualitative department. In his career he has handled agency clients like Nielsen, TNS, Synovate etc and brands like HP, MTN, Coca Cola, Elizabeth Arden etc. During his tenure he has handled close to 100 projects, and has to his credit several innovative marketing models like 'Compass Points Consumer Needs-Wants Model', 'Perseptio - Consumer Brands Perceptions Model', 'Decisio - Consumer Decision Making Model' etc. He also spearheads the 'Voice of Youth' study. Nibras has an MBA with dual specialisation in marketing and HR.
Vidyadhar Prabhudesai
- Vidyadhar Prabhudesai is a Research Manager at LeadCap Ventures. He has more than 5 years industry experience, primarily managing the quantitative department. He also heads the Middle East Partnership venture of LeadCap. In his career he has handled brands like Airtel, Vodafone, Jack Daniels, Panasonic, Nestle etc. Prior to LeadCap, he worked with as a Business Analyst with HP and with Reliance, Globalcomm and Coca Cola. He has to his credit the '3D Consumer Expectations' model and 'ServQual' methodology. He has an MCom and MBA.
Bhaskar R
- Bhaskar R is an Asst. Manager with LeadCap Ventures, where he has handled over 50 quantitative and qualitative studies. He has worked with several African and Middle Eastern clients and have experience with brands like Vodafone, MTN, Renault etc. Previously he worked in a Finance and wealth management firm. He has an MBA with marketing and finance specialisation.
